Citizens or legal residents aged 18 or over, in good health, weighing at least 50 kg, with a valid ID. The medical team at the center confirms your eligibility before you donate.

It depends on your last donation type: whole blood every 90 days, platelets every 7 days, and plasma every 28 days.
